Product Details
Working Principle:
*The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh-belt by feeder. The mesh-belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and it is driven by a transmission device and moves inside the dryer.
*The dryer is composed of several sections. For each section, the hot air is circulated separately. Part of offgas is exhausted by a special exhaust fan. The waste gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with materials from up to down or from down to up, and then to finish the heat and mass transfer.
*The mesh-belt moves slowly, and its running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property. The final products after the drying process will fall into the material collector continuously. The upper and lower circulation zones can be freely equipped according to the user's requirements. The number of section can be selected according to the production demands as well.
Features:
1. Air volume, heating temperature, dwell time and feeding velocity can be adjusted in order to get the best drying effect.
2. The configuration is flexible. Belt washing system and products cooling system can be used.
3. Most of the air can be circulated and utilized so the energy is greatly saved.
4. Unique air distribution device, making the hot air distribute uniformly and the consistent product quality.
5. Heat source: steam, conducting oil, electricity, coal furnace or oil burner.
